HiveForecast respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through the website, demo conversations, and product evaluations, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Website analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic, page performance, and conversion activity such as demo or content clicks.
- Contact information: If you email us, request a demo, or contact us from a linked channel, we process the details you provide so we can respond.
- Evaluation information: During a pilot or technical review, you may share Salesforce configuration details, Opportunity workflow requirements, security questions, or sample forecasting use cases.
- Product data: If HiveForecast is installed or evaluated in a Salesforce org, forecast markets, virtual-coin balances, trades, refunds, settlements, and audit events are handled according to the customer agreement and Salesforce permissions.
How we use information
- Respond to questions, demo requests, and evaluation conversations.
- Improve website content, conversion paths, and product education.
- Plan, support, and secure Salesforce-native forecasting pilots.
- Maintain auditability for virtual-coin market activity during product use.
Cookies and analytics

Third-party services
The website links to LinkedIn, source material, and email contact flows. Those services process data under their own policies. If we add an external scheduling or marketing automation tool, this policy should be updated before that tool goes live.
