Privacy Policy

HiveForecast respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through the website, demo conversations, and product evaluations, and how we use it.

Information we collect

How we use information

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics may set cookies or use similar identifiers to provide aggregate website measurement. You can control cookies in your browser settings and use Google’s available opt-out tools where applicable.

Third-party services

The website links to LinkedIn, source material, and email contact flows. Those services process data under their own policies. If we add an external scheduling or marketing automation tool, this policy should be updated before that tool goes live.

Legal bases and retention

Where privacy laws such as GDPR apply, we process contact and evaluation data based on legitimate interests, consent where required, contract preparation, or customer agreements. We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law or contract.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data. To make a request, contact us at hello@hiveforecast.com.

Security

HiveForecast is designed to respect Salesforce sharing rules, CRUD and field-level security, and auditable event flows. No website or cloud system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the data and deployment context.
