These terms govern use of the HiveForecast website, public content, LMSR playground, and demo or evaluation materials. A separate written agreement may apply to any paid subscription, Salesforce installation, or production deployment.

Website and content

The website is provided for informational purposes. Research citations and examples describe prediction-market evidence from third parties and should not be read as guaranteed results for any specific organization.

LMSR playground

The LMSR playground is an educational calculator. It may help illustrate market-maker mechanics, but it is not financial advice, a trading venue, or a guarantee of product behavior in a Salesforce org.

No real-money wagering

HiveForecast is designed around virtual coins for internal forecasting engagement, scoring, and calibration. The public website does not offer gambling, securities trading, or real-money prediction markets.

Demo and pilot discussions

If you request a demo or pilot, you are responsible for ensuring that any information you share is appropriate for evaluation. Commercial terms, security obligations, data processing terms, and service levels must be agreed separately in writing.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape aggressively, reverse engineer, or misuse the website or calculator.
• Do not submit unlawful, confidential, or sensitive personal data unless a written agreement permits it.
• Do not use HiveForecast materials to make unsupported claims about your own products or services.

Intellectual property

HiveForecast names, logos, designs, copy, and product materials are owned by HiveForecast or its licensors. You may link to public pages, but you may not copy or redistribute materials in a misleading way.

Third-party links

The website links to external research, LinkedIn, Salesforce-related resources, and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, availability, or security.

Disclaimers

The website and calculator are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiveForecast is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the website.

Changes

We may update these terms as the website, product, or evaluation process changes. The updated date above shows the latest version.
